Professor Lenich currently teaches Civil Procedure and Remedies. He enjoys trying to make complex concepts relevant and understandable for students. He also enjoys working with lawyers and judges on procedural issues. He is currently the Civil Reporter of the Nebraska Supreme Court Committee on Practice and Procedure, has spoken at various continuing legal education programs, and has written a number of articles on procedure.
